Ingredients (make 8):
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup of A P flour
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened soy milk
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Directions:
- Mix ingredients 1, 2, 3
- Put 1.5 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan;
- Heat at medium setting;
- Drop 4 servings of batter onto the pan, one by one, (1/4 cup each);
- Heat 3 minutes each side;
- Transfer the pancakes to a serving plate;
- Add another 1.5 tablespoons of oil to the pan and make the remaining 4 pancakes.
