草菩提

草菩提提供的菜色很簡單,一種飯,8-9種麵和幾樣小菜包括豆腐皮捲.我估計一份飯或麵約含300-400卡路里,是素食者很適量,也很美味的午餐.我在家請客有素食者時,也喜歡把草菩提的豆腐皮捲當一盤素菜,來款待客人.

原興饅頭店

原興饅頭店賣的東西非常好吃, 品質好, 價錢也好, 讓人覺得很划得來. 老板和老板娘都很努力工作,也很和氣. 滿 NT$300,可電話訂購,送貨到家.

平時我常買的東西有:
  1. 豆腐合子(素) NT$30 - 豆腐餡很飽實, 吃素的人會喜歡.
  2. 蔥油餅NT$45 - 直徑約8.5英吋, 非常好吃.
  3. 韮菜合子 NT$30 - 非常好吃
  4. 餃子(有素的) NT$4 - 手工擀的皮, 煮了不破, 帶勁很好吃. 豬肉餡不覺得油. 有素餡的,應該不錯,我買了還沒嚐.
  5. 山東饅頭(素) NT$15
  6. 全麥饅頭(素) NT$15

香港廣東粥麵粉飯點心名店

皮蛋瘦肉粥(NT$90) - 好吃,蛋白質充分,也很健康! 含一個皮蛋,約3盎司的瘦豬肉,1/4杯的碎油條,粥要比強記的粥濃多了. 我估計一碗大約含400卡,8個Weight Watchers點.

陳園清燉牛肉麵館 - 不好吃退錢!

牛肉麵 (NT$140) 一碗麵裡有四塊精選的厚牛肉片,沒有肥的部份,我估計連麵大約含500卡吧,夠營養的,也很健康! 老板很和氣,強調"不好吃退錢!". 惟一讓我心不安的是,外帶時裝熱湯用的塑膠袋.解決的方法很簡單: 自備兩個鍋子,一個裝熱湯,另一個裝麵. 如此一來,這碗好吃,營養,又健康的麵,絕不會含塑化劑,令人吃得心安.

悟饕池上飯包

悟饕的各式飯包的主菜不同,可是飯包的底都一樣, 含半個很小的蛋, 一小塊香腸, 一塊豆腐乾,數個小菜和蔬菜.

養生飯(NT$80) - 健康的選擇! 兩片很瘦的白切肉和一碗五穀飯,依我的估計,這份飯包頂多只有500卡.

招牌白切肉(NT$70) 和 烤雞 (NT$75) - 都很不錯. 招牌白切肉和養生飯類似,不同處是前者含白飯,後者含五穀飯. 烤雞略油,去皮和油後,還算營養健康.

牛肉魚片粥 - 健康的選擇!

強記的牛肉魚片粥
粥裡除了牛肉片和魚片外,還放了油條,非常好吃,清淡而有營養. 可惜有小魚刺,吃的時候,必須小心.
Besides beef slices and fish slices, there is also fried bread stick fragments in the porridge. It is very delicious, light and healthy. However there may be bones in the fish. One has to be very careful eating this dish.

窩蛋牛肉粥: 和牛肉魚片粥類似,只是用蛋取代魚片, 很有營養!沒刺,比魚片粥安全.

每個鮮蝦雲吞裡有顆大蝦, 很好吃! 底下還有青菜, 營養均衡 - 蛋白質,碳水化合物,纖維都有.
There is a big shrimp in each wonton. It's very delicious! There is some vegetable at the bottom. It is a nutritionally balanced meal by itself with proteins, carbohydrates and fibers.

白灼薑蔥魚腩 - 極失望

強記的白灼薑蔥魚腩
鯉魚肚很厚又肥,是慢慢燙熟的,須要等15-20分鐘. 這種燙法雖然是很健康的烹調法, 可是蓋不住鯉魚的土味, 魚肚上的肥油也沒化掉,很明顯的留著, 雖然方便剔除, 可是讓人倒盡胃口. 這道菜的份量很多(NT$150), , 可是剩下來的,不能留,全丟了. 我們是不會再點這道菜了.
The carp belly has a thick layer of fat, that is visible. It was cooked with boiling water. It will take about 15-20 minutes to cook the fish. The cooking method is very healthy. However, with this cooking method, the earthy taste of the carp stays and the fat on the belly also stays. The visible fat on the belly may be easily removed; however it is not exactly appealing. Even though we got lots of fish belly for NT$150, we threw away most of it. We will never order this dish again!

春日便當,一份台幣150元,很豐盛的一份午餐 - 10樣菜,1碗飯,1碗味曾豆腐湯. 蛋白質極豐富,可惜蔬菜太少.
The lunch box, at the price of NT$150 each, contains plenty of food - 10 different dishes plus 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of soup. Lots of proteins, but too few vegetables.

每日菜色會略有變化. 星期二 9/21/2010 的 10樣菜是: 配菜玉米碗豆, 香菇天婦羅, 2個蝦, 日式煎蛋, 炸魚捲, 燻鮭魚, 雞腿, 炸墨魚捲, 鳳尾魚, 炸豬排. 另加1碗白飯. 我估計這整份便當至少有1100卡的熱量,或22個Weight Watchers 點. 一個人吃一份嫌多,再加熱後就不好吃了. 最好是兩, 三人合吃一份,趁剛做好,新鮮而熱的時候享用.
The dish varieties may vary each day. On Tuesday, 9/21/2010, the 10 dishes were: corn and peas, mushroom tempura, 2 shrimps, one piece of Japanese-style egg, fried fish roll, smoked salmon, chicken drumstick, fried squid tempura, anchovy, fried pork chop. Plus 1 cup of white rice. By my estimate, this lunch box was packed with at least 1100 calories or 22 Weight Watchers points. It was too much for one person and it didn't taste good after being reheated. While still fresh and hot, this lunch box would be best shared among 2-3 people.

香菇天婦羅的成份我還沒搞清楚,只知道很好吃,很紮實,除了香菇外還有肉類或海鮮類和其他的菜,我估計至少有200卡的熱量,或4個Weight Watchers 點.
I'm not sure what is in the mushroom tempura. All I know is that it's delicious, is packed with proteins of some kind of animal source and also contains other vegetables beside the big mushroom. By my estimate, this piece of mushroom tempura is packed with at least 200 calories or 4 Weight Watchers points.

這種便當必須預定,每天早上九點半開始接受當天便當訂單,十一點半便當才好, 可以取貨.
If you'd like to buy this lunch box, you have to order it. The restaurant starts to accept orders at 9:30 AM and the lunch box will be ready for pickup at 11:30 AM.

牛肉燒餅非常好吃.牛腱肉很瘦,燒餅略有點油,心中有數就好.可先買回,要吃時微波爐熱30秒即可.加些新鮮燙青菜,是一頓簡單,營養又好吃的便餐. 無論是臨時有客來或正式宴客,這牛肉燒餅都很拿得出來.
This beef roll is very delicious! The beef shank used in this roll is lean. The roll is greasy, but not too much. It is fine, as long as we are conscious about the grease. We can buy a few ahead and heat them up, 30 seconds each, in a microwave oven right before serving. With some fresh steamed vegetables, it makes a simple, healthy and delicious light meal. This beef roll is good enough for treating unannounced guests or as an appetizer in a formal dinner.

這兩種水餃都很好吃,可是動物油嫌多,食後,在碗裡的剩餘的醋上可看到一層白色固體的動物油.以後我們還是吃素餃好些.
Both dumplings are delicious. However both contain animal fat that is noticeable. After finishing the dumplings, I could see a layer of white solid fat on top of the leftover vinegar in my bowl. My husband and I have decided to stay away from these dumplings and choose the vegetarian ones.
