Ingredients:
- 3 cups of cooked rice
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups of egg beaters
- 1.5 cups of Chinese chive leaves and flowers, cut to about half an inch long
- 0.5 cup of diced orange bell pepper
- Mix the eggs and the egg beaters; and add some salt;
- Use some oil and make scrambled eggs from the egg mixture;
- Saute Chinese chives and bell pepper in some oil until chives become soft;
- Add rice, mix and cook for a few minutes until the rice is heated through;
- Mix the scrambled eggs with the rice;
- Adjust taste with salt;
- Add a few drops of sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
