This dish turned out very delicious.
- Radishes, cut into chunks, 1 cup
- Carrots, cut into chunks, 1 cup
- Oyster mushrooms, 1 cup
- Fried tofu, 1 cup
- Water, 2 cups
- Boil oyster mushrooms in water for 30 minutes;
- Add radish chunks to broth and continue to cook for 10 minutes;
- Add carrot chunks and fried tofu to broth and continue to cook for 3 minutes;
- Adjust taste with salt.
