Ingredients:
- Water or chicken broth, 32 ounces
- Soft Japanese tofu, 24 ounces (2 packages), broken up to small pieces
- Roasted seaweed, 3 sheets, more or less up to personal preferences, broken up to small pieces
- Organic Miso White Type, 2 Tablespoons, more or less up to personal preferences
- Heat the water or chicken broth until boiling;
- Add tofu and continue to heat until boiling;
- Add seaweed;
- Adjust taste with miso;
- Continue to heat for another 1-2 minutes.
