烤球芽甘藍 Roasted brussels sprouts

On the day after thanksgiving, I made this dish for a friend's party. I tasted a few and loved it very much. I have to make it again soon.

Brussels sprouts, 2 pounds, each cut in half
Olive oil, 4 tablespoons
Salt, 1 teaspoon
Black pepper, some

Toss brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper.
Roast at 400 degrees until tender, about 25 minutes
