Seaweed, tofu, and egg drop soup 海苔豆腐蛋花湯

Sea weed, tofu, and egg drop soup
I used the Japanese soft tofu and Egg Beater's, instead of eggs, in this soup. The soup base was the corn cob broth that I had made yesterday.
